ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5366 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MAZOMANIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 2, Town of Mazomanie described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 2; thence S 85° 15' 00" <br /> West, 652.0 feet; thence S 11° 38' 00" East, 417.45 feet; thence S 50° 09' 00" <br /> East, 624.45 feet; thence N 57° 11' 00" East, 170.50 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence N 04° 22' 00" West, 540.83 feet; thence East, 712.02 feet; <br /> thence S 12° 35' 00" East, 661.04 feet to a point in the centerline of Dunlap <br /> Hollow Road; thence S 53° 13' 00" West, 200.00 feet along said centerline; - <br /> thence N 07° 51' 00" West, 232.40 feet; thence S 85° 59' 00" West, 148.00 feet; <br /> thence N 89° 18' 00" West, 475.33 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> CONDITION <br /> An erosion control plan shall be submitted to the Land Conservation Committee <br /> for approval prior to the issuance of a zoning permit. The approved plan <br /> shall be implemented prior to commencement of any earth disturbing activity. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: P 2 8 1992 <br />
