ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5367 •• <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5367: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SE 1/4 and SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 1, Town of Deerfield <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the East quarter corner of said Section 1; <br /> thence South, 660 feet; West 600 feet; thence N 05° East, 660 feet; thence East <br /> 484 feet; thence North 600 feet; thence East along the centerline of Raether <br /> Road, 66.00 feet; thence South, 600 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: OCT 0 6 1992 <br />
