The request for C-2 <br /> zoning on the balance of the property is practical and appropriate. <br /> STAFF COMMENTS: <br /> Regional Planning Commission'R.P.C.) - <br /> Petition 5368. This proposed commercial site Is In an area generally designated for <br /> commercial use In the Town of Burke; however, it Is not in the urban service area. <br /> The two C-2 parcels to the north are In the urban service area. The parcel directly <br /> north Is developed and used as the Printing and Distribution Center for Oscar Mayer <br /> and has public sewer service. Generally the process Is to include a site in an <br /> urban service area prior to rezoning for the commercial use.
