Kaukl <br /> Soils: See Exhibits B & C <br /> Tax Parcel Number: 07-0810-243-8730-1 <br /> Purpose for Rezone: Land is currently zoned C-2. Petitioner intends to purchase <br /> the property and use it for a ready-mix concrete pland. According <br /> to Dane County Zoning Ordinances, this use requires A-2 (4) <br /> zoning with a conditional use permit (see Exhibit D, Report of <br /> Zoning Status and exhibit E, Excerpts from Dane County Zoning <br /> Ordinances, pages 20-22 covering A-2 zoning) <br /> Petitioner intends to construct improvements similar to those <br /> shown on Exhibit F. Said improvements should be completed by <br /> late spring 1997. <br /> Special Note: Petitioner is filing this application as of 10/1/96 in order to be heard <br /> at the 11/19/96 public hearing for the Dane County Zoning <br /> Committee.
