ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5372 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MAZOMANIE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Mazomanie be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes and CO-1 Conservency District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5372: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 25 and SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 24, Town of <br /> Mazomanie described as follows: <br /> TO CO-1: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 25; thence N 89° <br /> 42' 03" East, 1,332.15 feet to the Northwest corner of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 of <br /> said Section 25; thence S 00° 28' 58" East, 69.30 feet to the point of <br /> beginning, said point being on the South right-of-way line of STH 78; thence N <br /> 89° 52' 25" East, along said South line, 189.52 feet; thence N 87° 17' 39" <br /> East, along said South line, 123.68 feet; thence S 19° 17' 43" East, 87.18 <br /> feet; thence S 04° 49' 08" West, 132.95 feet; thence N 89° 45' 47" East, 336.01 <br /> feet; thence S 00° 15' 08" East, 378.21 feet; thence S 89° 45' 47" West, 663.43 <br /> feet; thence N 00° 28' 58" West, 588.10 feet to the point of beginning.
