The motorcycles that would be <br /> present all night in our neighborhood, which is mostly residential <br /> area, would bring with them an unacceptable noise pollution level . <br /> This would also set up of a situation for which there could be <br /> uncontrollable behavior by those participating in the motorcycle <br /> rally with the consumption of alcohol at an all night gathering . <br /> Respectfully, <br /> Gary N.
