ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5374 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the <br /> R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5374: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 28, Town of Springfield described as <br /> follows: Commencing at the West quarter corner of said Section 28; thence <br /> Easterly along East-West quarter line, 1320 feet more or less; thence continue <br /> along said East-West quarter line, 160 feet more or less; thence South, 305.25 <br /> feet more or less; thence West, 160 feet more or less; thence North, 305.25 <br /> feet more or less to point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DA . <br /> - - SEP 1 4 1992 <br />
