fi <br /> i w t <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5375 • <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be amended to include in the RH-4 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5375: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 21, Town of Rutland described as follows: <br /> Lot #1, CSM 3950 found in Volume 16, Page 215 of Certified Survey Maps. Also, <br /> commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 21; thence S 87° 17' 48" <br /> West along the North line of the SE 1/4 of said Section, 1798.47 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence S 00° 04' 02" East, 1324.08 feet to the Easterly <br /> corner of Lot #2 of Dane County Certified Survey Map number 3950; thence S 88° <br /> 26' 39" West along the Northerly line of said Lot, 389.60 feet; thence N 02° <br /> 36' 32" East along the Easterly line of said Certified Survey, 878.87 feet to <br /> the Northeast corner thereof; thence N 00° 08' 30" West, 440.22 feet to the <br /> North line of the aforesaid NW 1/4 SE 1/4; thence N 87° 17' 48" East along said <br /> North line, 349.37 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> • <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: AUG 2 6 1992; <br />
