Property is in an area of numerous nonconforming structures to which <br /> numerous variances have been granted. <br /> 4). Garage location causes least disruption of slope and yet remains workable <br /> to applicant. <br /> 5). Sideyard variance is granted if needed to resolve sideyard lot stake <br /> dispute. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2).
