Applicant has small cottage on lot (770 square feet) and wishes to <br /> construct 20' x 26' garage. <br /> 2). Existing cottage and shed both in need of replacing will be removed after <br /> construction of new garage. <br /> 3). Flood zone permit is required for issuance of zoning permit. <br /> 4).
