• <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5378 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. ##5378: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 and NW 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 27, Town of Roxbury <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 27; <br /> thence North along the West line of said SW 1/4, 2000 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continuing North along said West line and the West line of <br /> the NW 1/4 of said Section, 750 feet; thence East, 600 feet; thence S 03° 42' <br /> East, 650 feet; thence S 81° 02' West, 650 feet. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
