This proposed residential site Is in the Farmland Preservation Area <br /> of the Town of Sun Prairie. Across the road to the north and northwest is the Sun <br /> Prairie urban service area, although present urban development Is over 1/2 mile away <br /> to the north. <br /> The site is partially wooded, but primarily productive farmland. If this were the <br /> first parcel proposed It would conflict with the policy of preserving farmland; <br /> however, with the other two parcels and homes to the east, this appears to be a more <br /> rational location for a non—farm lot since it Is a small corner field. <br /> Environmental Health Dept.
