ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5380 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5380/1004: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 23, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southwest corner of Lot #1, Colladay's Point; thence N 78° <br /> 48' West 60.0 feet to the West right-of-way of Zor Court; thence S 10° 18' West <br /> 50.0 feet to the point of beginning; thence N 78° 48' West along the Southerly <br /> right-of-way of Colladay Drive to its intersection with the Easterly <br /> right-of-way of USH 51; thence Southwesterly and Southerly along said USH 51 <br /> right-of-way to its intersection with the North right-of-way of the Southern <br /> leg of Colladay Drive, as laid out and established in the Plat of Colladay's <br /> Point; thence Northeasterly along the said North right-of-way of Colladay Drive <br /> to the Westerly right-of-way of Zor Court; thence N 10° 18' East along the Zor <br /> Court right-of-way 374 feet to the point of beginning of this description. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: AUG 2 6 1992 <br /> � 0 p SVP 22 1619Z.__ <br />
