ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5381 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in -e Town of <br /> RUTLAND <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ord. as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Rutland be - fl nded to include in the A-2 <br /> Agriculture District the following described 1- d: <br /> Pet. #5381: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4, SE 1/4 NW 1/4 -nd the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 17, Town <br /> of Rutland described as follows: Begi ng the the North quarter corner of <br /> said Section 17; thence West, 500 fee , thence South, 1370 feet; thence West, <br /> 820 feet; thence South, 350 feet; t -nce East, 1320 feet; thence South, 281 <br /> feet; thence East, 644 feet; thenc- North, 677 feet; thence West, 644 feet; <br /> thence North, 1320 feet to the p. nt of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/ is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be .repared for approval and recorded.
