v . ,� • �u 7ar1��3 <br /> ORDER DISCONWINUING PART of <br /> CAMP lacoNARD ROAD IN SECTION 4 <br /> upon the application of six or more resident freeholders in <br /> the Town of Dunn for discontinuing a road, as set forth in the <br /> `application to us, the undersigned, Supervisors of the Town of <br /> Dunn prepared a notice of the time and place we would meet and <br /> decide upon such application .and did meet on 3une 16, 1992 at <br /> 7:30 1124 at the Dunn town hall, 4156 CT$ B <br /> KvFarland, wisconsirt, <br /> and having first been satisfied by affidavits that the notices <br /> required in section 80.05, Wis. state. has been duly given, we <br /> did then examine the road, and did hear all reasons that were <br /> offered for and against the petition; and it being our opinion <br /> that the public good will thereby be promoted, did discontinue <br /> such road as hereinafter described. <br /> NOW, therefore, pursuant to the application, we, the <br /> supervisors, do hereby order and determine that a road be and the <br /> same is hereby discontinued as described on the attached nap.
