ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5385 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> CROSS PLAINS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Cross Plains be amended to include in the <br /> R-1 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5385: <br /> Part of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 and NE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 12, Town of Cross Plains <br /> described as follows: Commencing at the South quarter corner of said Section <br /> 12; thence N 00° 11' 11" East, 1523.08 feet to the point of beginning; thence N <br /> 80° 09' 00" West, 59.89 feet to the centerline of Rocky Dell Road; thence N 10° <br /> 32' 00" East, along said centerline, 124.14 feet; thence N 13° 21' 20" East, <br /> 84.21 feet; thence S 74° 05' 25" East, 147.33 feet; thence S 11° 32' 00" West, <br /> 192.71 feet; thence N 80° 09' 00" West, 87.59 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description's is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DA.
