ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5386 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5386: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 21, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of said Section 21; thence South, 132 feet <br /> along the section line to the point of beginning; thence continue South along <br /> said section line, 725 feet; thence West, 200 feet; thence N 50° West, 275 <br /> feet; thence N 20° East, 525 feet; thence West, 600 feet to the centerline of _ <br /> Liatris Lane; thence North, along said centerline, 66 feet; thence East, 809 <br /> more or less feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County Board, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DAT : ACP ' 6 19 <br />
