Page 1 DANE COUNTY CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT #1866 THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE OF THE DANE COUNTY BOARD PURSUANT TO SECTION 10.255 (2) OF THE DANE COUNTY CODE OF ORDINANCES DOES HEREBY: GRANT: The Conditional Use Permit subject to conditions. FOR: Religious uses - church. EFFECTIVE DATE OF PERMIT 12/09/03 EXPIRATION DATE: (See below) THE CONDITIONAL USE SHALL BE LOCATED ON THE PROPERTY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS : Part of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 13 lying Southwest of County Highway AB and part of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 13 lying North of the C and NW Railroad right-of-way, all such lands located in Section 13, Town of Blooming Grove. 411 CONDITIONS: These conditions are specifically made applicable to this permit, any violation of such conditions shall be sufficient grounds for revocation of this permit . 1) Grace Evangelical Church officials and representatives will remain in contact with local residents on landscaping, lighting and building; 2) Deed Restrict the portion of the property in the SE 1/4 , NW 1/4 to prohibit any development; 3) Deed Restrict the portion of the property in the SE 1/4 , NW 1/4 to maintain the area as grass or as a vegetative buffer. THE ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE AFTER PUBLIC HEARING AND IN THEIR CONSIDERATION OF THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MADE THE FOLLOWING FINDING OF FACT: 1 . That the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use will not be detrimental to or endanger the public health, safety, morals comfort or general welfare . 2 . That the uses, values and enjoyment of other property in the neighborhood for purposes already permitted will not be substantially impaired or diminished by the establishment, maintenance and operation of the proposed conditional use.
