The site will only be accessed off Buckeye Road by a stone-tracking pad. The pad will be <br /> a minimum of 50' long x 24' wide x 12"deep and will be constructed of 3-inch clear <br /> stone. No other site access may be used. Material deposited in the road will be cleaned <br /> up at the end of each workday. <br /> 2. Silt fence will be installed prior to grading the disturbed areas; as shown on page 1 of the <br /> plan. The details are on page two of the plan. All silt fence will be maintained until the <br /> site is stabilized. <br /> 3. Two connected sediment/detention basins will be constructed prior to any other grading. <br /> Sediment must periodically be removed from the basin during construction to maintain <br /> functionality. <br /> 4. Two stone trenches or bio-filtration areas filled with clean lime stone will be constructed <br /> in the parking lot as shown in the plan. <br /> 5. Grading must be confined to the areas shown on the plan. <br /> 6. The plan includes a construction schedule as follows: <br /> Grading and construction is planned to begin October 25, 2004. <br /> All disturbed areas on the pond and swales will be seeded and mulched(or <br /> erosion matted) by November 15. 2005. <br /> All disturbed areas on the site will be seeded and mulched (or erosion matted)by <br /> May 15, 2005. <br />
