ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5393 <br /> _ ! ` <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> SPRINGFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Springfield be amended to include in the <br /> RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5393: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 5 and NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 8, Town of <br /> Springfield described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of SE 1/4 <br /> SE 1/4 of Section 5; thence East 300 feet, thence North 80 more or less feet; <br /> thence Easterly 50 feet; thence Northeasterly 100 feet to the Southerly <br /> right-of-way of USH 14 thence Southeasterly along said right-of-way 370 feet <br /> to a point that is 730 feet East of the West line of said SE 1/4 SE 1/4 of <br /> Section 5; thence South parallel with said West line and also parallel with the <br /> West line of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of said Section 8, 730 feet; thence West 430 <br /> feet; thence North 650 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: ISEP ?
