ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5399 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNN <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunn be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5399: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 34, Town of Dunn described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the North quarter corner of said Section 34; thence South 980.25 <br /> feet; thence S 30° 51' West, 476.45 feet along the centerline of Greene Road, <br /> to the centerline of Hawkinson Road; thence N 41° 10' West, 179 feet, along <br /> said centerline to the point of beginning. Thence N 41° 10' West, 700 feet, <br /> along said centerline; thence N 48° 50' East, 335 feet; thence S 41° 10' East, <br /> 600 feet; thence Southerly 350 feet more or less to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE• NOV- 1 8 1992 <br />
