These proposed rural homesites are In the farmland preservation area <br /> of the Town of Deerfield. The smaller lots to the south are In an unsewered <br /> development district. Virtually all the lots have houses, except for the A-B and <br /> the A-2(4) parcels which have a greenhouse. <br /> The proposed RH-3 parcel Is a wooded hillside which appears reasonably consistent <br /> with plan policy. <br /> The proposed RH-4 parcel Is wooded, but very low and wet. In fact , virtually the <br /> entire parcel Is mapped and zoned as a wetland.
