• - } ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5400 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DEERFIELD <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Deerfield described as follows: <br /> TO RH-2: Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Deerfield, described <br /> as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 9; thence N <br /> 02° 09' 49" East along the East line of said Northeast quarter, 1986.92 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 09' 54" West, 1840.18 feet to the point of beginning; thence <br /> continue S 89° 09' 54" West, 629.6 feet; thence S 01° 46' 00" East along the <br /> East right of way of STH 73, 388.40 feet; thence S 05° 48' West along said road <br /> right-of-way, 26.07 feet; thence N 89° 45' 00" East, 495.07 feet; thence S 00° <br /> 15' East, 215.00 feet; thence N 89° 45' East along the North right-of-way of <br /> Graffin Road; 81.00 feet; thence along a curve to the left with a radius of <br /> 92.8 feet and a long chord bearing ,N 65° 24' East, 76.52 feet; thence N 41° 03' <br /> East, 49.72 feet; thence N 05° 56' 52" West, 569.46 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED <br /> The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to <br /> record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: SEP 2 4 1992 <br />
