• - } ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5400 Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of DEERFIELD The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the zoning District Maps of the Town of Deerfield be amended to include in the RH-2 Rural Homes District the following described land: Part of the N 1/2 NE 1/4 Section 9, Town of Deerfield described as follows: TO RH-2: Part of the NW 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 9, Town of Deerfield, described as follows: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 9; thence N 02° 09' 49" East along the East line of said Northeast quarter, 1986.92 feet; thence S 89° 09' 54" West, 1840.18 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S 89° 09' 54" West, 629.6 feet; thence S 01° 46' 00" East along the East right of way of STH 73, 388.40 feet; thence S 05° 48' West along said road right-of-way, 26.07 feet; thence N 89° 45' 00" East, 495.07 feet; thence S 00° 15' East, 215.00 feet; thence N 89° 45' East along the North right-of-way of Graffin Road; 81.00 feet; thence along a curve to the left with a radius of 92.8 feet and a long chord bearing ,N 65° 24' East, 76.52 feet; thence N 41° 03' East, 49.72 feet; thence N 05° 56' 52" West, 569.46 feet to the point of beginning. CONDITIONAL ZONING Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to the following conditions. CERTIFIED SURVEY REQUIRED The above listed description is intended to describe land for which a certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by Dane County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is recorded in the office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. Failure to record the survey will cause the rezone to be null and void. EFFECTIVE DATE: SEP 2 4 1992
