ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5402 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5402: <br /> Part of the S 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 4, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast corner of said Section 4; thence N 00° 00' 00" <br /> East, along the East line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 4, 1337.03 feet; thence <br /> N 88° 29' 30" West, 961.93 feet; thence S 00° 45' 18" West, 17.10 feet to the <br /> point of beginning; thence continuing S 00° 45' 18" West, 150.00 feet; thence N <br /> 89° 14' 42" West, 495.00 feet; thence S 00° 45' 18' West, 60.00 feet; thence N <br /> 89° 14' 42" West, 70.00 feet; thence N 00° 45 ' 18" East, 210.00 feet; thence S <br /> 89° 14' 42" East, 565.00 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: /AUG 2 6 1992 <br />
