ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5115 <br /> • Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> r-. MEDINA <br /> ( The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the R-lA <br /> Residential and R-4 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5115: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 15, Town of Medina described as follows: TO <br /> R-1A: Part of Lot #4, CSM 4605, Town of Medina described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot #4 in the centerline of Waterloo <br /> _Road; thence S 00° 57'_ West 400 feet along the East line of Lot #4 to the point <br /> of beginning; thence continue S 00° 57' West 100 feet; thence N -89° 03' West <br /> 27.00 feet; thence N 00° 57' East 100 feet; thence S 89° 03' East 27.00 feet to <br /> the point of beginning. Residential units in the R-4 zoned area shall be limited to those <br /> • existing on Jan 22, 1991. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
