ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5383 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> MEDINA <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Medina be amended to include in the C-2 <br /> Commercial District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5383: <br /> Part of NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 15, Town of Medina described as follows: TO <br /> C-2: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Lot #1; thence East, 78 feet <br /> to the point of beginning; thence continue East, 66 feet; thence South, 178 <br /> feet; thence S 27° 50' East, 62 feet; thence East, 56 feet; thence South, 167 <br /> feet; thence West, 27 feet; thence South, 100 feet; thence East, 27 feet; <br /> thence South 40 feet; thence East 100 feet; thence South, 125 feet; thence West <br /> 80 feet; thence South 113 feet; thence West, 150 feet; thence North 440 feet; <br /> thence N 05° West, 150 feet; thence North 190 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> TO R-3: The Southerly 260 feet of Lot #4, Dane County Certified Survey Map <br /> #6584, also being a part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 of Section 15, Town of Medina. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
