ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5403 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> PLEASANT SPRINGS <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Pleasant Springs be amended to include in <br /> the R-2 Residential District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5403: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 29, Town of Pleasant Springs described as <br /> follows: Part of Government Lot #1, commencing at Section North quarter <br /> corner; thence S 89° West 270.14 feet to centerline railroad right-of-way; <br /> thence S 03° West along said centerline 1207.44 feet; thence N 53° West 380.27 <br /> feet to point of beginning on Northwest right-of-way line Skyline Drive; thence <br /> N 34° East along said right-of-way line 80 feet; thence N 55° West 137.6 feet <br /> to Lake Meander line; thence S 29° West 76 feet; thence S 53° East 130.29 feet <br /> to point of beginning. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: AUG 2 6 992 <br />
