RESOLUTION 92-24 <br /> C.U.P. ,, /065 <br /> WHEREAS, the Town Board of the Town of Westport <br /> having considered said Conditional Use Permit, be it therefore resolved that <br /> said permit is hereby (Approved/MOVNEOMM). <br /> Subject to the following conditions: <br /> (Cross out or write "none" if not pertinent) <br /> 1 ) Applicant & Town Board shall evaluate and determine acceptable blasting <br /> charge weights & other blast design techniques, such as delay and multi- <br /> ple row patterns which will provide the maximum practical relief.
