Adjoining lot is in Town of Dunn while branch bank is in Town <br /> of Pleasant Springs. <br /> 4) . Town of Dunn is unwilling to accommodate with a rezone to <br /> commercial. <br /> 5) . Variance is of a technical nature as banks' request to waive <br /> required screening from itself. <br /> 6) . Residential use of adjoining lot not practical is lot houses <br /> septic system for bank. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public <br /> interest. <br /> 2) .
