Completion and certification deadline of October 1, 1994. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Project is to repair muskrat damage in conjunction with rip- <br /> rap being placed 9n shoreline of Lake Windsor. <br /> 2) . Two sides of approximately 8 ' x 2 ' and 5 ' x 1 ' , neither <br /> exceeding 12" of fill are proposed. <br /> 3) . Project will restore original grade behind new rip-rap and be <br /> covered with sod. . <br /> 4) . Project endorsed by Deborah Hatfield professional engineer of <br /> the Mayo Corporation. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> (law <br /> 1) . The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not <br /> result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, <br /> sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and <br /> healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> GASKILL/KLOPP to adjourn.
