Applicant is in process of mitigating wetlands with the Army Corps of Engineers. 4) . The Board of Adjustment held this request from October of 1989 pending rezone out of wetland and Army Corps approval. Motion carried 4-0. CONCLUSION: The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions.
