ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5414 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> ROXBURY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Roxbury be amended to include in the RH-3 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. X15414: <br /> Part of the W 1/2 SE 1/4 Section 34, Town of Roxbury described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 34; thence West along the <br /> North line of SE 1/4 of said Section 34, 1320 feet to the Northeast corner of <br /> the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section; thence South along the East line of said SE <br /> 1/4, 660 feet to the Northeast corner of the S 1/2 NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said <br /> Section; thence West along the North line of said S 1/2 NW 1/4 SE 1/4, 1062 <br /> feet; thence S 35° East, 550 feet; thence S 35° 20' West, 232.5 feet; thence S <br /> 29° East, 497 feet to the centerline of Breunig Road; thence N 42° East along <br /> said centerline, 686 feet; thence N 36° 15' East along said centerline, 305 <br /> feet to the East line of the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 of said Section 34; thence North <br /> along said East line, 320 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
