• <br /> ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5420 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BERRY <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Berry be amended to include in the RH-1 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5420: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 SW 1/4 Section 25, Town of Berry described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the Easterly right-of-way line of CTH P, said point <br /> being 1035.95 feet North of and 1455.47 feet East of the Southwest corner of <br /> said Section 25; thence N 48° 25' 09" East, 331.56 feet along the Easterly <br /> right-of-way line of CTH P; thence S 41° 34' 51" East, 262.75 feet; thence S <br /> 48° 25' 09" West, 331.56 feet; thence N 41° 34' 51" West, 262.75 feet to the <br /> point of beginning. <br /> The above listed descri tion/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
