ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5421 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 rela0ing to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> YORK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of York be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. ##5421: <br /> Part of the NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 35 and NW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 36, Town of York <br /> described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Section 35; <br /> thence East 560 feet along the North line of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4 of Section 36; <br /> thence S 45° West, 600 feet; thence West 600 feet; thence North 462 feet; <br /> thence East along the North line of the NE 1/-4 -NE 1/4, 462 feet to the point of <br /> beginning. Also, commencing at the Northwest corner of said Section 36; thence <br /> East along the North line of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4, 660.00 feet to the point of <br /> beginning; thence continue East along the North line of said NW 1/4 NW 1/4, 660 <br /> feet; thence South 330.00 feet along the East line of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence <br /> West 660 feet; thence North 330 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded.
