Motion failed. <br /> Quackenbush/Clark-Gaskill to hold in abeyance until November Hearing to allow <br /> for all Board Members to be present. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> 0 <br /> #2140. Lake Windsor Country Club - Windsor - 6/27/91 P.H. <br /> Quackenbush/Edgar to deny requested permit for reason of non-appearance and <br /> Town Board denial. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2174. Arnold - Dunn - 9/26/91 P.H. <br /> Quackenbush/Clark-Gaskill to find new evidence and change of conditions to <br /> grant reconsideration. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Quackenbush/Clark-Gaskill to grant with conditions variance of 3 feet from <br /> maximum height of boathouse to permit storage area above boathouse not to <br /> exceed 15 feet above normal high watermark. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1). Variance of 3 feet is to top of decking atop boathouse. <br /> 2). Railing is permitted provided it is not in excess of 3.5 feet above <br /> decking and open or none vision obstruction. <br /> 3). That there be no windows in that portion of boathouse exceeding 12 feet <br /> above normal high watermark. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Applicant had reconstructed 2 story boathhouse without required zoning <br /> permit. <br /> 2). Additional 3 feet will allow for storage of water craft and related items. <br /> 3). Boathouse is 8.8 feet x 20 feet and storage space is limited - residence <br /> has no basement. <br /> 4). Majority of adjoining boathouses are existing 2 story. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 2). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2054. Lambert - Bristol - 10/25/90 P.H. <br /> Quackenbush/Clark-Gaskill to include in variance of 22 more or less feet from <br /> required setback of CTH V screen porch addition to rear of existing residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Variance #2054 granted waiver from required setback to right-of-way of <br /> CTH V to permit second story construction. <br /> 2). Original request did not include screen porch addition to rear of <br /> residence. <br /> 3). This reconsideration has effect of amending earlier minutes to include <br /> porch as a technicality. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Lime #2146. Winch - Pleasant Springs - 7/25/91 P.H. <br /> Quackenbush/Clark-Gaskill to grant compliance deadline and addition 45 days to <br /> complete due to adverse weather conditions. Motion carried - 4-0. <br />
