Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon completion <br /> of project. <br /> 5) . Completion and certification deadline of June 1, 1994 . <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Applicant had previous Special Exception Permit for shoreline <br /> and beach work as exists. <br /> 2) . Due to high lake levels several areas of lawn have eroded and <br /> filling or top dressing is needed to restore. <br /> 3) . Professional engineering by Roland Sarko - professional <br /> engineer. <br /> 4) . Re-design of floor plan could achieve desired square footage <br /> while reducing variances. <br /> 3) . Character of neighbor is such that adjoining residences are <br /> aligned with required setback. <br /> 4) . Sideyard variance consistant with similar variances in area. <br /> 5) . New septic system prohibits addition to rearyard. <br />
