Applicant has been cautioned that if during the course of proposed <br /> project more than 50% of the existing structure is removed variance is void. <br /> 2). Certified survey located cul-de-sac too near existing structure, to be <br /> refurbished. <br /> 3). Weisensel Drive dead-ends at applicant's property. <br /> 4). Gottschalk <br /> Gaskill/Lynch to grant, with conditions , Special Exception Permit to fill , <br /> grade and brush removal as per amended plan request for farm access drive. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> I ). That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 2). That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11 .05(4) of Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4). Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon compleition of project. <br /> 5). As per revised Cliff Lawson Plan dated "revised 7/2/93" for farm access <br /> road. <br /> 6). As per Army Corps of Engineering standards, in their permit, for stream <br /> fording. <br /> 7 ). That there be no earth disturbance of the road, other than several loads <br /> of fill to get proposed drive to height of Boxelder Road. <br /> 8). Completion deadline for access road is 7/22/94 and the ford completed <br /> within 30 days of project commencement as mentioned in Army Corps permit. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> I ). Army Corps permits and Department of Natural Resources approval have been <br /> granted. <br /> 2). Project enables field access to cropland by means of fording an <br /> intermittent stream which is a tributary to Maunesha River. <br /> 3). Applicant proposes to knock-down vegetation and shrubs and replant with <br /> fast growing grasses such as fescue. <br />
