Residences make up small subdivision surrounded by Village of Belleville. <br /> 4) . The required right-of-way setback within the Village of Belleville is 25 <br /> feet versus The 30 feet required by Dane County Zoning. <br /> 5) . Residences sold and occupied by individual families. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> I ). Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #2405 . Applicant presently has use of single car garage-proposal is to make room <br /> for 2 vehicles. <br /> 3). Variance needed for minimal incursion of 1 foot at maximum and tapering <br /> to zero encroachment. <br /> 4) . The advent of public sewer makes this proposal now feasible. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> I ). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2) .
