MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT COMMITTEE <br /> HELD ON NOVEMBER 18 , 1993 <br /> The following members were present: Quackenbush, Gaskill, Klopp, <br /> Lynch and Dreps. <br /> Also: Reynolds. <br /> Meeting called to order at 6 : 30 P.M. in Room 2E City-County <br /> Building by Chairman Quackenbush to hold public hearing as <br /> published by Class II Notice. <br /> MINUTES: Gaskill/Dreps to amend minutes 10/28/93 RE: #2421 <br /> conditions, to include: #6 . Filter fence and erosion prevention <br /> measures remain in place over Winter months and until stabilization <br /> has occurred. Motion carried - 4-0 (Quackenbush, abstain) . <br /> Gaskill/Dreps to approve minutes of 11/21/93 and minutes, as <br /> amended of 10/28/93 . Motion carried - 4-0. (Quackenbush, <br /> abstain) . <br /> APPLICATION FROM PREVIOUS HEARINGS : <br /> #2452. Patrinos - Dunn - 10/28/93 P.H. <br /> Dreps/Klopp to hold until December Hearing and Staff notify of <br /> final abeyance. Motion carried - 5-0 . <br /> #2453 . Keene - Westport - 9/23/93 P.H. <br /> Dreps/Lynch to hold appeal in abeyance until December Hearing as <br /> per request of Staff. Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> NOVEMBER 18. 1993 PUBLIC HEARING: <br /> #2460 Appeal by PDQ Food Stores Inc. and Easthill, Inc. for a <br /> variance from required setback from road as provided by <br /> Sec. 10 . 17 (2) (b) to permit wood decking entry as <br /> constructed at 8640 CTH "S" (W. Mineral Point Rd. ) in the <br /> SE1/4 SW1/4 Section 22 , Town of Cross Plains. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Hatfield OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: <br /> GASKILL/DREPS to grant with condition variance of 5± feet <br /> from required setbacks to CTH S and CTH P to permit <br /> handicapped ramps and access as constructed also to deny <br /> all other additional decking/seating areas as constructed <br /> without permits. <br />
