Department of Natural Resources <br /> calculations show backwater will remain on parcels in question in 100-year <br /> flood conditions. Department of Natural Resources completion deadline is July <br /> 1, 1994. <br /> 3). Driveway will comply with Town of Springdale standards at interseciton <br /> with town road. Driveway follows abandoned Town Road and field road. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #2358.
