BOA 2/25/93 Minutes <br /> Page 6 <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1). That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 2). That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11.05(4) of Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br /> 3). That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4). Completion by July 1, 1994 to coincide with Department of Natural <br /> Resources deadline. * Z� Z/7-4/94 Faa - � S 25 <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Applicant needs driveway access to two proposed parcels for new single <br /> family residences. He is unable to obtain additional acreage for access from <br /> south. <br /> 2). Access from north requires creek crossing. Department of Natural <br /> Resources permit has been issued. Department of Natural Resources <br /> calculations show backwater will remain on parcels in question in 100-year <br /> flood conditions. Department of Natural Resources completion deadline is July <br /> 1, 1994. <br /> 3). Driveway will comply with Town of Springdale standards at interseciton <br /> with town road. Driveway follows abandoned Town Road and field road. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #2358.
