Appeal by Madison Metro Sewerage District et al . for a Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Badger Mill Creek in various 1/4 1/4' s of Sections 12, 13 and 14 - Town of Verona and within 300 feet of Nine Springs Creek in the NW 1/4 SW 1/4 - and Section 31, Town of Blooming Grove. IN FAVOR: N. Paschke, B. Ericson OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: County Parks GASKILL/SAYLES to approve, with conditions, permit to fill and grade for sewer line installation as proposed. CONDITIONS: IL, 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of Dane County Code of Ordinances . 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency approvals . 5) . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon completion of project . 6) . Construction window of 90 days for Town of Verona and 30 days for project in Town of Blooming Grove. 7) . Notify Zoning Department 10 days prior to commencement of project within County jurisdiction. 8) . Permit valid April 15, 1997 through September 15, 1997 . FINDING OF FACT: 1) . MMSD proposes 10 mile sewer project intended to return treated waters back to Sugar River basin. 2) . County permit required for 1/2 mile in Town of Verona 4111, and 300 feet in Town of Blooming Grove, the balance of project within cities of Fitchburg and Madison.
