MINUTES: GASKILL/KLOPP to approve minutes of June 20 and June 27, 1996 as submitted. Motion carried 4-0 . Kay- abstain. #2748 . Appeal by Erling Swiggum and Marilyn Lund for a variance from required setback from as provided by Section 10 . 17 (3) to permit construction of single family residence at 2006 Barber Drive being Lot #15, Richards-Standish Replat of Crown Point - Section 26, Town of Dunn. IN FAVOR: E . Swiggum, F. Wetzel OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board. • KAY/GASKILL to deny. 1- (Kay, no) - 4- (Motion failed) . SAYLES/GASKILL to hold request in abeyance until August Hearing pending additional submittals . Motion carried - 5-0 . #2749 . Appeal by Brian Franklin for a variance from required setback from roads and rear yard as provided by Sections 10 . 17 (4) and 10 . 16 (6) to permit proposed addition to existing residence and proposed detached garage at 4214 Oak Street being Lot #1, Block 7 - Greenridge Park - Section 9, Town of Dunn. IN FAVOR: B. Franklin OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board KAY/SAYLES to grant variance of 8 feet more or less from required setback to right-of-way of Maple Drive to permit residential garage as constructed. Motion carried - 5-0 . SAYLES/KAY to grant variance of 4 feet to right-of-way of Oak Street to permit 4 . 5' x 26' residence addition as proposed. Motion carried - 5-0 . FINDING OF FACT: 1) . Property is a corner lot, 54 feet wide and 125 feet in depth, and has to maintain setbacks from 2 road right-of- ways . L
