Whitemarsh OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: <br /> County Highway <br /> KLOPP/GASKILL to hold request in abeyance at request of <br /> township. Motion carried - 3-0 . <br /> 2744 . Appeal by Charles & Joyce Spilde for a variance from <br /> required lot width as provided by Sections 11 . 03 (1) and <br /> 10. 05 (4) to permit lot division within Shoreland District at <br /> 2821 Berkan Street in the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 - Section 8, Town of <br /> Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: C . Spilde OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board <br /> GASKILL/KLOPP to grant variance of 11 . 34 feet from required <br /> lot width in shoreland district to permit lot division as <br /> proposed. <br /> Cor FINDING OF FACT : <br /> 1) . Applicant has 177± feet wide and 245 feet deep lot and <br /> wishes to divide into 2 equal lots . <br /> 2) . Existing residence and accessory structure to remain on <br /> 1 lot and 2nd lot will be made available for residential <br /> construction. <br /> 3) . Similar sized lots in immediate area have already had <br /> splits occur . <br /> 4) . The applicant is in a platted neighborhood of lots <br /> predominently 40 and 50 feet in width.
