BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES <br /> JULY 27, 1995 <br /> PRESENT: Sayles, Gaskill, Klopp, Quackenbush and Dreps . <br /> ALSO: Reynolds iC, iECER V� <br /> Meeting called to order at 6: 30 P.M. in Room #2-E by <br /> Chairman Quackenbush to hold Public Hearing as published by <br /> Class II Notice. <br /> MINUTES Gaskill/Klopp to amend minutes of June 22, 1995 RE: <br /> Appeal #2647, to include V. Bartlett in those who spoke in <br /> favor of the request . <br /> Gaskill/Dreps to approve minutes Of June 15 and minutes of <br /> June 22, as amended. Motion carried 5-0 . <br /> #2649. Appeal by Merlin T. Lebakken for a Special Exception <br /> Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit filling, <br /> grading etc. , within 300 feet of the Yahara River at 1722 <br /> Oakview Drive being Lots 32 and S 1/2 Lot #31, Oak Knoll <br /> Section 32, Town of Pleasant Springs . <br /> In Favor: S . Curry Opposed: --- Communication: Town <br /> Plan Commission <br /> Dreps/Gaskill to grant, with conditions, permit to fill land <br /> grade as proposed. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with <br /> the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules <br /> and regulations particulary Section 11 . 05 (4) of Dane County <br /> Code of Ordinances . <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of Compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project . <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals . <br /> 5) . Completion and Certification deadline of October 1, <br /> 1995. <br /> 6) . That filter fabric be property installed around stock <br /> piled toposoil . <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1) . Project is intended to raise grade of relatively flat <br /> lot to allow proper drainage after construction of new <br /> residence. <br />
