BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT MINUTES JULY 27, 1995 PRESENT: Sayles, Gaskill, Klopp, Quackenbush and Dreps . ALSO: Reynolds iC, iECER V� Meeting called to order at 6: 30 P.M. in Room #2-E by Chairman Quackenbush to hold Public Hearing as published by Class II Notice. MINUTES Gaskill/Klopp to amend minutes of June 22, 1995 RE: Appeal #2647, to include V. Bartlett in those who spoke in favor of the request . Gaskill/Dreps to approve minutes Of June 15 and minutes of June 22, as amended. Motion carried 5-0 . #2649. Appeal by Merlin T. Lebakken for a Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11 . 05 (3) to permit filling, grading etc. , within 300 feet of the Yahara River at 1722 Oakview Drive being Lots 32 and S 1/2 Lot #31, Oak Knoll Section 32, Town of Pleasant Springs . In Favor: S . Curry Opposed: --- Communication: Town Plan Commission Dreps/Gaskill to grant, with conditions, permit to fill land grade as proposed. CONDITIONS: 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before commencement of any work. 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particulary Section 11 . 05 (4) of Dane County Code of Ordinances . 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a Certificate of Compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project . 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency approvals . 5) . Completion and Certification deadline of October 1, 1995. 6) . That filter fabric be property installed around stock piled toposoil . Finding of fact: 1) . Project is intended to raise grade of relatively flat lot to allow proper drainage after construction of new residence.
