(lip, BOA MINUTES 12/28/95 <br /> Page 5 <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed <br /> engineer within the scope of the application, and filed <br /> with the Zoning Department before commencement of any <br /> work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved <br /> engineering standards and all applicable governmental <br /> rules and regulations particularly Section 11 . 05 (4) of <br /> Dane County Code of Ordinances . <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a <br /> Certificate of compliance by a licensed engineer at the <br /> completion of the project . <br /> 4) . Subject to all other necessary governmental agency <br /> approvals . <br /> (6, 5) . Inspection and approval by Zoning Department upon <br /> completion of project. <br /> 6) . Permit commencement date; August 26, 1996 and <br /> completion and certification deadline of October 11, <br /> 1996. 3-2 (Dreps and Klopp - no) . <br /> GASKILL/SAYLES to amend above motion to include filter site <br /> location be designated as 3rd "F" from left on applicant' s <br /> "exhibit Page 3" . Motion carried 3-2 (Dreps and Gaskill - <br /> no) . <br /> Finding of fact : <br /> 1) . Project proposes to remove sediment from drainage <br /> arteries from Cherokee Marsh. <br /> 2) . Excavated materials spread on site, with negligible <br /> slope as to minimize erosion. <br /> 3) . Project is a cooperative test project with the UW <br /> Department Agriculture and Dane County Land Conservation <br /> Department, evaluating polyacrilamides and agro-and wood <br /> based fiber filtering devices . <br /> 4) . Project engineering and certification by Daniel Murray <br /> P.E. <br /> C <br />
