Motion carried. 4-1 (Kay, no). <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1). Applicant proposes family room addition and garage expansion to existing 1400 <br /> square foot residence. <br /> 2). Existing residence is set into steep slope which severely limits buildable area. <br /> 3). Property is located on a cul-de-sac and proposed garage will be located 56 feet from <br /> paved roadway. <br /> 4). Entry/garage addition will enhance thermal efficiency of residence by creating a <br /> double weather barrier. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1). Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without injustice to <br /> applicant. <br /> 2). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br />
