Appeal by Stop-N-Go of Madison Inc. for a variance from required sideyard as <br /> provided by Section 10.83(3)to permit on-premise pylon sign as located at 2050 Fish <br /> Hatchery Road (CTH D) being Lot#6, Faust Plat, Section 34—Town of Madison. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Meyers OPPOSED: --- <br />' COMMUNICATION: ---- <br /> • Applicant withdraws request at public hearing. <br /> APPEALS FROM PREVIOUS HEARINGS: <br /> #3186. Stuntebeck—Medina—5/23/02 <br /> IN FAVOR: L. Waddell, K. Stuntebeck <br /> KAY/KLOPP to grant variance of 1 foot from required left sideyard to permit accessory <br /> building as constructed. <br /> Finding of fact: <br /> 1). Applicant had constructed an 30' x 40' accessory building which was located 9 feet <br /> from sideyard. <br /> 2). Zoning Permit ZP 2000-802 issued in August of 2000. Required a minimum <br /> sideyard of 10 feet. <br /> 3). Applicant provided surveyor's verification of conflicting lot stakes that appear to <br /> have been used to site building. <br /> 4). Structure utilized for storage of personal property. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 1). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2).
