Applicant had erected cellular communication signal equipment atop an existing silo <br /> for which a conditional use permit(C.U.P. #1394) had expired. <br /> 2). Equipment as constructed violates maximum allowable height by 16.85 feet (1091.85 <br /> msl). <br /> 3). The FAA has issued a determination of no hazard to air navigation. <br /> 4). Airport would not object to equipment not exceeding height of existing silo, through <br /> a side mount system. <br /> Conclusion: <br /> 110f 1).
