Applicant proposes to replace cement porch of identical dimension with new wood <br /> deck. <br /> 2). Section 10.16(4)(d) would allow similar deck of 12 feet in width without need for <br /> variance. <br /> 3). Structure needed a secondary emergency exits and deck must be wider than 12 feet to <br /> allow egress from both exits. <br /> 4). Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without injustice to <br /> applicant. <br /> 2). Applicant proposes to expand existing 2 car garage into 3 stalls and relocate entrance. <br /> 2). Lot slopes toward residence and rain and snow accumulate in front of garage door. <br /> 3). Applicant has sufficient lot to add 3rd stall without encroaching into required <br /> sideyard. <br /> 4).
