The Town of Perry filed Appeal #3140 seeking remanding back to the Dane County <br /> Zoning Administrator the approval of a farm plan issued to David Gehl, issued May 24, <br /> 2001. <br /> 2). The County's definition of substantial income, under Dane County Ordinance 10.123, <br /> as $6,000.00 regardless of the parcel size or type of farming activity. <br /> 3). Dane County's A-1 EX. Exclusive Agricultural zoning district, 10.123, has its basis <br /> in the Wisconsin Farmland Preservation Act, Wisconsin Statutes Chapter 91, which <br /> references town's land use plans. <br /> 4). According to the Town of Perry's Land Use Plan, the proposed building site for <br /> residence construction was a portion of a former farm under a different ownership and <br /> not eligible for such residential construction. <br /> SAYLES/KAY to adjourn.
